Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via calls, emails, chats, and social media
- Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
- Identify and escalate complex technical issues, ensuring prompt resolution of requests
- Assist customers with inquiries related to product features
- Meet team KPIs
- Securely work with customersβ sensitive information
- Maintain working knowledge of our clientβs products and services
