Summary

Join SupportYourApp as a Customer Support Consultant and contribute to the success of leading SaaS, Software, or Hardware solutions. Requirements

  • Excellent English skills (C1 for both spoken and written)
  • Experience in customer support
  • Strong knowledge of trading concepts and financial markets
  • Tech-savvy with experience using trading platforms and software
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Positive, responsible and proactive attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
