Summary

Join our team as a Customer Support Consultant and thrive in a multicultural and multilingual, fully remote work environment. Provide exceptional customer support via chats and emails, build positive customer relationships, meet team KPIs, and stay updated with cutting-edge technology. You will securely handle sensitive customer information, apply best customer happiness practices, maintain product knowledge, and communicate with developers and other departments. This role requires excellent English (C1 level), at least 6 months of customer support experience (including live chat and email), CRM experience (Salesforce or Zendesk preferred), and experience with trading, investments, or crypto. A personal laptop (8GB RAM minimum) and stable internet connection are also necessary.

Requirements

  • Excellent English (at least C1 level)
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
  • Experience with providing support via live chats and emails
  • Experience with CRM systems , preferably Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Personal or professional experience with trading, investments or crypto
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
