Summary
Join our Customer Support Consultant team and thrive in a multicultural, multilingual, remote work environment. Requirements
- Excellent Ukrainian skills and English B2
- At least 2 years of experience in customer or technical support role within fintech industry
- Personal or professional experience with trading, investments or crypto
- Experience with CRM systems
- Analytical and research skills
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with KYC & AML procedures, transaction monitoring, or crypto compliance is a plus
