Summary

Join our Customer Support Consultant team and thrive in a multicultural, multilingual, remote work environment. Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via email, calls, and chats, building positive relationships and meeting team KPIs. Stay current with technology, handle sensitive information, and apply best customer happiness practices. Collaborate with developers and other departments in various IT companies. This role requires excellent French and English skills (C1-C2), at least one year of customer support experience, analytical and research skills, and a positive attitude. A personal laptop with sufficient RAM and a stable internet connection are also necessary.

Requirements

  • Excellent French and English skills (C1-C2 for both spoken and written)
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer support
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Positive, responsible and proactive attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Responsibilities

  • Respond and resolve customer inquiries and issues via emails, calls and chats
  • Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Meet team KPIs
  • Always be up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
  • Securely work with customers’ sensitive information
  • Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
  • Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies
