Requirements

  • Have 1-3 years of experience
  • Have experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Have experience in IT Helpdesk and training/coaching for an enterprise software product
  • Have customer service experience and deal with a wide variety of users
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for dealing with internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer issues from initial contact through to resolution
  • Collect, vet, and prioritize reported problems
  • Provide over-the-phone troubleshooting and user assistance
  • Communicate system updates
  • Contribute to building our support processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience with Jira or other workflow systems
  • Have ticket / call logging system experience
  • Possess strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
