The role involves providing customer support to users of the Kismia platform, which has over 60 million users worldwide.

Requirements

  • Upper-Intermediate+ level of Spanish and English
  • Fluent Ukrainian language skills
  • Strong communication skills, stress resilience
  • Personal computer and 24/7 internet access

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to users of the Kismia platform, including troubleshooting issues, determining problem causes, and suggesting solutions
  • Interact with clients on the web-site, respond to common questions, and resolve payment issues
  • Provide support to clients through chat and tickets
  • Adhere to communication procedures, instructions, and policies

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Zendesk
