• English Proficiency: Upper Intermediate level (both spoken and written)

• Quick Learner: Ability to learn quickly and stay results-focused
• Tech Requirements: A functioning computer and microphone

Responsibilities

• Being front line voice and ears of our company, providing customer support via calls and emails for our international clients and partners
• Assisting clients and partners with existing reservations and answering questions prior to booking
• Distributing requests among departments and teams and log activity in CRM
