Requirements

  • Possess experience working in a customer service or contact center environment
  • Have experience with streaming services and basic troubleshooting skills
  • Demonstrate basic PC keyboarding skills and Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Have technical support experience
  • Possess strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
  • Have multitasking skills
  • Have excellent internet connectivity: Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download. Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional guest experience in a customer service or contact center environment
  • Troubleshoot streaming service issues on various devices (phones, smart TVs, etc.)
  • Utilize multiple applications simultaneously
  • Diagnose and solve problems

Preferred Qualifications

Have experience working with CRM applications
