Responsibilities

  • Managing Calls: Fielding inbound and outbound calls in a friendly and professional manner
  • Scheduling Appointments: Efficiently scheduling patient appointments to ensure smooth operation of the medical practice
  • Record Keeping: Confirming and rescheduling appointments while maintaining meticulous digital records
  • Creating a Welcoming Experience: Providing a welcoming and comfortable experience for patients, resolving issues with empathy and efficiency
  • Communication: Engaging daily with US clients to book appointments and handle inquiries
  • Administrative Support: Acting as the virtual receptionist for doctor practices, ensuring front and back-office operations run smoothly
  • Bookkeeping: Maintaining an accurate and organized digital record and invoicing system when needed
  • Ad Hoc Activities: Dealing with ad-hoc activities as necessary

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with social media platforms
  • Bookkeeping skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, G Suite, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with incoming call platforms
  • Work-from-home experience
  • Spanish speaker
