Requirements

  • Experience working in technical support is required
  • Languages: English fluent
  • Work Shift : willingness to work according to a work shift schedule (divided into long weeks (Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun) and short weeks (Wed, Thu) from 9:00PM-9:30AM CET)
  • Team Player: You’re ready to support your teammates and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Self-Starter and Problem-solver : You take ownership of your tasks, work with minimal supervision and solve problems, not tickets
  • Learning Mindset : You’re eager to continuously grow your skills and knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Provide top-tier technical support via chat and email to both new and existing customers
  • Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
  • Work with a diverse, international client base spanning multiple industries and regions
  • Help improve our technical documentation and internal knowledge base for troubleshooting purposes
  • Represent CloudTalk professionally while solving customer issues with empathy and efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with SaaS products is a plus; basic API concepts and IPv4 networking concept understanding is an advantage
