Summary

The job is a Support Specialist position in Paris or remote within France on full-time basis. The role involves providing customer support for the Talent Management Suite and working closely with other departments. Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in a customer care/client-facing role
  • Fluent French & excellent English language skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, precise 1st line support via our ticketing system (we use Intercom) in form of chats, email and phone support
  • Be responsible for the care of our French & English speaking customers, resolving issues, answering questions, and listening to their feedback

Preferred Qualifications

Possessing strong technical skills is highly advantageous
