Requirements
- Upper Intermediate / Advanced English (B2+), conversational and written
- Ability to work night shifts (~6 times a month from 23:00 to 08:00)
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes
- Stress resilience
- Strong communication skills, including handling user objections
- Empathy and customer-oriented attitude
- Interest in the topic of emotional and behavioral well-being
- Willingness for long-term cooperation
Responsibilities
- Help in resolving queries from our users
- Communicate with users via tickets and calls
- Work with English-speaking users worldwide
- Improve the product by escalating issues to appropriate departments
