Requirements

  • Upper Intermediate / Advanced English (B2+), conversational and written
  • Ability to work night shifts (~6 times a month from 23:00 to 08:00)
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes

  • Strong communication skills, including handling user objections
  • Empathy and customer-oriented attitude
  • Interest in the topic of emotional and behavioral well-being
  • Willingness for long-term cooperation

Responsibilities

  • Help in resolving queries from our users
  • Communicate with users via tickets and calls
  • Work with English-speaking users worldwide
  • Improve the product by escalating issues to appropriate departments
