Summary

You will respond to inquiries, document interactions, escalate complex issues, collaborate with internal teams, and stay updated on product changes. Success is measured by response and resolution times, CSAT scores, and ticket reopen rates. This is a full-time remote position with a US-based company.

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in customer support, help desk, or similar client-facing roles
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience using ticketing systems (Zendesk, Intercom, or similar)
  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and processes
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment and managing your time effectively

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, chat, and other support channels
  • Accurately log and document client interactions, resolutions, and feedback
  • Escalate complex issues to internal teams and ensure proper follow-up
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to route client concerns to the right departments
  • Stay up-to-date on all product updates, system changes, and internal processes
  • Provide insights on recurring issues and recommend improvements
