Customer Support Specialist

Summary

Join ROI Hunter as a remote Customer Support Specialist based in Brazil! You'll provide technical and marketing support to clients primarily through Intercom, chat, and email, addressing Meta and Google marketing issues within our platform. You'll process client feedback, report issues, and contribute improvement ideas. Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential, along with patience and empathy. Basic SQL and browser development tool knowledge are beneficial. Requirements

• Be a self-starter based in Brazil and able to work remotely
• Be enthusiastic about support and willing to stay in the position for at least 2 years
• Be fluent in English and Brazilian Portuguese
• Possess patience and empathy
• Have a home office setup ready

Responsibilities

• Provide client assistance primarily through Intercom, chat, and email
• Support Meta and Google marketing issues within the platform
• Process and discuss product feedback with product managers, and report any discovered issues
• Share ideas for continuous improvement and new learnings

Preferred Qualifications

• Have basic knowledge of Meta and/or Google Ads
• Know the basics of SQL and internet browser development tools
