Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and efficient support to customers via various communication channels

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, platform features, and policies
  • Offer clear and professional communication with customers and vendors
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our customer support system
  • Collect and report customer feedback, suggestions, and recurring issues to the relevant teams within the company
  • Collaborate with other team members, including sales, logistics, and product teams
