Cx Support Systems Specialist

Summary

Join onX as a CX Systems Specialist and contribute to delivering world-class support experiences through innovative technology. You will plan and execute projects to enhance key technological systems supporting onX customers. As part of the Customer Experience team, you will build customer confidence through user-friendly support. This role offers the opportunity to impact the business and numerous customers within a dynamic, growing company. The position involves system administration and reports to the Director of Customer Experience. This role is open until filled and can be performed remotely from various onX locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
• 3 years of experience in technical project/program management
• Experience with and/or certification in CRM administration
• A shared passion for and ability to demonstrate onX’s Company Values
• Permanent US work authorization is a condition of employment with onX
• Ability to travel for multiple days to a corporate office or other onX strategic location, such as a Basecamp

Responsibilities

• Configure ticketing software, including channel management and ticket routing, fields, & notifications
• Optimize self-service software
• Assist with CX software contracting and license management
• Identify gaps in support tooling and advocate for investment to fill these gaps
• Improve automated exchange of information between our CRM and other company systems
• Collaborate with Customer Experience leadership to define and execute systems priorities in service of departmental objectives and key results
• Develop a forward-looking support systems roadmap

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in MIS or Business (with a technical focus)
• Experience with syncing databases
• Experience with APIs
