Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology sector
  • 3 years or more experience with leading accountability using Sales management frameworks such as MEDDICC, Sandler, etc
  • Demonstrated success in developing effective sales strategies and leading teams to achieve them
  • Strong experience with sales operations and training development
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing marketing campaigns
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performance sales and marketing teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives
  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments to drive expansion
  • Manage and coach the sales team, providing training, performance management, and motivation to meet sales targets
  • Design and oversee marketing campaigns that align with sales goals and build the RSI Security brand
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, digital marketing strategies, and targeted outreach efforts
  • Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize effectiveness and ROI
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention
  • Engage in consultative sales processes to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions that align with their business objectives
  • Working closely with marketing and sales team members to ensure processes reflect best practices and efficient practices
  • Ensuring sales and marketing team members are trained and following established processes
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the cybersecurity industry
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and marketing metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Oversee branding initiatives to enhance the visibility and reputation of RSI Security in the cybersecurity sector
  • Manage partnerships and sponsorships, ensuring they align with the companyโ€™s strategic goals and market positioning
