Summary
Join OffSec, a leading cybersecurity training provider, as a Field & Demand Generation Marketing Manager for the EMEA region. You will lead impactful marketing initiatives, driving awareness and generating demand through strategic campaigns and events. This role requires developing and implementing B2B campaigns, overseeing event attendance, maintaining alignment with sales teams, and evaluating campaign ROI. You will need to tailor global materials to local audiences and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance. The position offers flexible work hours from a home office and requires frequent travel within the EMEA region.
Requirements
- Reside in an EMEA country and willing to travel frequently across the region to manage events
- 5+ years in field marketing, demand generation, or a related role, ideally within B2B technology, enterprise software, cybersecurity, or education/training sectors
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Exceptional team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Creative problem-solver with a strategic mindset and an eye for detail
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement high-impact B2B campaigns and tactical marketing programs that drive awareness, increase demand and generate pipeline and bookings
- Oversee attendance at regional and local events, trade shows, and conferences, ensuring optimal showcasing of OffSecβs brand and solutions
- Ideate and maintain a robust calendar of events and thematic campaigns, maximizing audience engagement across the EMEA regions
- Maintain direct alignment with sales teams and regional partners with regards to all pre- and post-event communication, marketing-driven campaigns, and event promotion strategy
- Evaluate campaign and event impact and ROI, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize future investments and refine strategies
- Establish clear, actionable objectives for each initiative such as targeted lead flow and pipeline generation
- Tailor global marketing materials and campaigns to resonate with diverse local audiences, ensuring cultural and linguistic relevance
- Make data-driven decisions to run tests and optimize campaign performance, providing ongoing feedback and performance reporting to applicable stakeholders for continuous campaign improvement
