Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of commercial experience as Data Analyst
  • Experience analyzing complex data sets and translating them into clear, actionable insights
  • Comfort using analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, or BI platforms) and thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Fluency in English with a deep understanding of client needs and market dynamics
  • Startup-minded, flexible, eager to work, and open to experimenting with new tactics

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand their data needs, providing solutions such as campaign performance metrics, customer journey insights, and cohort & funnel analysis
  • Create & update interactive dashboards (both company-wide and team-specific) to deliver actionable data
  • Design & perform experiments, provide statistical insights, and present recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and marketing teams to ensure alignment on data-related initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability (or eagerness to learn) to implement advanced analytics models, such as churn prediction or recommendation engines
  • Previous experience with predictive analytics & attribution models
  • Prior startup experience or familiarity with agile working environments
