Requirements

• Excellent issue and risk management capabilities, with clear communication of issues and status updates
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail, ensuring thorough documentation of tasks

Responsibilities

• Perform complex and routine ad hoc analysis in Excel to support business and IT end users
• Provide support for customers via telephone operator, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting
• Complete data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Assist with documentation and detailed task management to ensure thorough records
• Collaborate with team members at all levels within the organization to ensure smooth operations
