Requirements
- Expertise in UX/UI Design: Proven ability to prototype and design interfaces that balance user needs, usability, and business goals
- Strong Design Fundamentals: Deep understanding of interaction design principles, particularly for desktop and mobile contexts
- Figma Proficiency: Advanced skills in Figma, from prototyping to creating design systems
- Collaborative Spirit: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to thrive in a team-driven environment
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Empathy for users and a proactive approach to solving design challenges
- Language Skills: Confidence in English (B2 or higher), both written and spoken
Responsibilities
- Design User-Centric Experiences: Analyze, conceptualize, and create user interfaces that align with both user needs and business objectives
- Shape Product Development: Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define, design, and refine features that enhance the travel experience
- Innovate Across Platforms: Deliver exceptional design solutions for both desktop and mobile applications, ensuring seamless user journeys
- Champion Usability: Advocate for usability and accessibility, conducting research and testing to validate design decisions
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure technical feasibility, user satisfaction, and alignment with strategic goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the travel industry or enterprise SaaS solutions
- Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and basic programming concepts to enhance collaboration with developers
