Collaborate with product, marketing, and growth teams to create dashboards and visualizations, monitor key metrics, and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This role requires 4–7 years of experience as a Data Analyst, advanced SQL skills, mid-level Python proficiency, and experience with BI/visualization tools. Requirements
- Experience: 4–7 years as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, ideally in mobile app-driven or CRM-heavy businesses
- SQL (advanced): Ability to craft complex joins, window functions, aggregations, segmentation logic, and optimization
- Python (mid-level): Proficiency in pandas, data pipelines, scripting ETL tasks, and generating analytics reports
- Experience with BI/visualization tools like PowerBI or Looker
- CRM analytics—user journeys, messaging performance, segmented metrics, retention modeling
- Mobile app metric frameworks—understanding cohort analysis, funnel breakdowns (e.g., onboarding → order placement)
- Highly ambitious, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
- Excellent communicator—able to explain insights clearly to product, marketing, and growth teams
- Comfortable working in a remote-friendly setup with strong self-management and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Dive deep into CRM data to analyze user behavior, retention, LTV, segmentation, and marketing campaign performance
- Operate within a mobile-first context —analyzing app usage metrics such as DAUs, sessions, onboarding funnels, and push notification efficacy
- Craft SQL queries for data extraction and transformation—building metrics and dashboards that empower decision-making
- Leverage Python for analytics automation, data wrangling, model prototyping, and mini reporting tools
- Collaborate across teams to translate data insights into clear, actionable dashboards and visualizations
- Monitor and report on funnel conversions, cohort trends, churn causes, and growth opportunities
- Communicate findings confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a concise manner
- Stay eager to grow—taking ownership of initiatives, proposing improvements, and iterating fast in a dynamic scale-up environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with MMP (Mobile Measurement Partner) tools such as Adjust
- Exposure to reverse ETL patterns, data governance considerations for CRM data
