Data Analyst

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in the analytics field
• Advanced proficiency with SQL
• Proven ability to identify revenue-generating insights, through complex analysis and engaging communication and storytelling
• Proficient with business intelligence solutions (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker)

Responsibilities

• Support our physical product strategy with data and insights to drive action and quantifiable business outcomes
• Build models to predict customer behavior such as understanding what are the key ‘aha’ moments for a customer’s initial weeks with us
• Partner with many departments across the company to scope key business questions and generate actionable insights and recommendations to drive product performance
• Build, maintain and enhance weekly and monthly reporting to inform strategy
• Develop automated dashboards to inform business decisions with an emphasis on automation and scalability
• Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership using high-quality visualizations and concise messaging
• Define, analyze and validate key metrics to improve decision-making processes and measure the success of diverse product initiatives
• Support our app and web event tracking, collaborating with Engineering to advance data infrastructure and governance

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient in web analytics and web analytics tools (i.e., Adobe/Google Analytics, Event Tracking, Amplitude/Mixpanel/Heap)
• Understanding of ETL, data warehousing, and data modeling concepts and practices (we use dbt and Snowflake)
• Statistical proficiency and knowledge in R or Python a plus
