Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or a related field
  • Have 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence roles
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, power queries, and power pivots
  • Possess good knowledge of SQL
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
  • Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
  • Be able to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment
  • Be fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain robust data analysis and reporting systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and metrics
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of data to uncover insights and trends, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders
  • Continuously improve reporting processes and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and usability
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in reporting, data analysis, and business intelligence
