Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in data analytics, business intelligence, computer science, mathematics, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating datasets
  • Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms
  • Strong ability to interpret data, draw meaningful conclusions, and present findings to stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, and collaborative environment
  • Fluency in English

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for business improvement
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support decision-making across Central Services teams
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and customer support, to provide data-driven recommendations
  • Support the automation of reporting and data extraction, improving efficiency and accuracy in business processes
  • Monitor key business metrics and provide insights to leadership on operational performance and areas for optimization
  • Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to ensure data integrity, consistency, and scalability in reporting systems
  • Assist in ad-hoc data analysis and research projects, supporting company-wide strategic initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and automation
  • Experience with ETL processes, data modeling, and database management
  • Proficiency in Spanish
