Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced environment, such as management consulting, investment banking, or startups
  • Healthcare experience is not necessary but would be a plus
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python with a strong ability to perform complex data analysis and generate business insights
  • A commercial orientation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
  • A willingness to β€œroll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success
  • A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system

Responsibilities

  • Utilize data to identify patterns and trends in client behavior, providing actionable insights to enhance customer experience and optimize internal processes to improve service delivery, ensuring a personalized and data-driven approach to client satisfaction
  • Convert data and analytics into compelling narratives that demonstrate the value Garner provides in reducing healthcare costs and improving quality of life. Support Customer Success and Sales teams in presenting these insights to existing and prospective clients
  • Design and build business intelligence dashboards and automated tools that can produce client-facing reports at scale, ensuring accuracy and clarity
  • Partner with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing and other teams to ensure Garner has the necessary infrastructure for data-driven decision-making. Assist in designing critical business KPIs, developing forecasting models, and uncovering answers to open-ended questions that inform strategic decisions across departments
