Join Wellhub's growing Global Analytics team in Brazil as a Mid-Level Data Analyst and play a critical role in maintaining a data-focused culture. You will be responsible for developing and operating data for Wellhub's growth strategy, products, and technologies. This involves generating reports, building datasets, communicating with partners, defining data elements, and working with global teams to provide analytical solutions. You will develop recommendations for data standards and processes, partner with team leaders to create insights and dashboards, and identify business-impacting insights. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience with large datasets and SQL, and comfort in fast-paced environments. Requirements
- 1-3+ years of relevant work experience in analyzing and creating large data sets
- Excellent SQL skills required
- Experience automating data transformations using Airflow, SparkSQL, and Amazon EMR
- Must be comfortable with unstructured, fast-moving and constantly evolving high-growth environments
- Experience with using change management and tracking tools such as Github and JIRA
- Entrepreneurial, digitally savvy, creative and experimental in the approach to problem solving, with exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and concisely to stakeholders in an enticing manner that encourages discussion and action
- A curious mind who wants to have an impact on protecting the bottom line and optimizing overall revenue in a variety of areas
- A driven self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can maintain confidentiality and complex issues
- Passion for excellence and continuous improvement

Responsibilities
- Develop recommendations and drive improvements to data standards, processes, and definitions
- Partner with team leaders globally by enabling their teams to generate analytical insights and visual dashboards through our business-oriented data sets
- Be an active participant in discussions with various global teams and have a voice in the direction of the product
- Identify insights that will impact the broader business by leveraging relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple functional areas
- Consult with managers and team leaders; work with them to turn vague or poorly defined issues into clearly addressable problems/questions that is measurable

Preferred Qualifications
- Consulting experience
- Experience working with data engineers and data scientists
- Exposure to Python or other scripting languages
- Exposure to complex data pipelines, data modeling, and data architecture
- Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration across multiple stakeholders
