Data Analyst

You will analyze vast datasets, uncover user intentions, and translate them into actionable insights. Responsibilities include elevating AI assistant Kodee and product Horizons, analyzing AI/ML model performance, collaborating with product teams, designing experiments, and staying ahead of emerging AI trends. This role requires proven data analysis experience, familiarity with AI/ML concepts, strong SQL and Python skills, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

• Proven experience in data analysis, with a strong understanding of the machine learning lifecycle
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, including an interest in Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Solid knowledge of SQL and experience with RESTful APIs
• Strong Python skills for data analysis (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and familiarity with ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, LightGBM)
• The ability to distill complex concepts and present clear insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Exceptional problem-solving aptitude with unwavering attention to detail
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English, supported by excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Elevate our AI assistant Kodee and product Horizons through in-depth data analysis and actionable insights
• Uncover user intentions across all our products, translating them into meaningful insights that drive product improvements and enhance our AI solutions
• Analyze the performance of our AI/ML models and identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with product teams to uncover key improvement areas and drive impactful changes based on data
• Design and conduct experiments (like A/B tests) to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of AI-driven features
• Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and their practical applications for data analysis, shaping the future of web solutions at Hostinger
