Analyze performance data, conduct commissions analysis, assess performance impacts on revenue, and monitor weekly performance for early indicators. Provide recommendations for future opportunities and contribute to strategic growth. This permanent, full-time role offers flexibility to work from home, in the office, or both. Requirements

• Relevant degree or qualification in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing or Business
• 5+ years relevant experience
• Proven experience in analysing multiple data sources to develop insights that solve business problems and unearth opportunities
• Proven data visualisation, storytelling and presentation skills to translate data into actionable insights that non-technical stakeholders can understand and leverage
• Proven ability to communicate to and influence senior stakeholders
• Ability to work with a high level of autonomy to successfully deliver business objectives
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving work environment
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data manipulation and extraction
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the Education Industry
• Experience using Microsoft Azure Data Studio, SQL and PowerBI
• An understanding of database systems and data warehousing methodologies
• Strategic thinking, prioritisation and organisational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Shows strong abilities in verbal and written communication and interpersonal leadership
• Self-driven and proactive, willingly assumes accountability
