Data Analyst

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Data Analytics, NLP, or a related field
• Proficiency in reading and writing Indonesian
• Strong understanding of syntax and structural analysis of languages
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, including vlookups, data cleanup, and advanced functions
• Familiarity with query languages such as SQL
• Expertise in rule writing using RegEx
• Knowledge of text analysis or machine learning principles
• Experience in data analysis using tools such as Excel or Python
• High tolerance for repetitive and detailed tasks
• Ability to follow complex instructions, navigate ambiguity, and work independently
• Exceptional sense of urgency and time management
• Access to a reliable laptop and a stable internet connection

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve data quality of multilingual text classifiers
• Work with linguistics and engineering teams to build out new parsers across languages
• Translate various taxonomies such as Skills, Titles, and Occupations
