Summary

Join Ryz Labs as a Senior Data Analyst and partner with leaders to define KPIs and own the measurement and analysis of product metrics. Analyze, test, and build dashboards to monitor tech product performance, identifying opportunities to improve KPIs and providing actionable recommendations. Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to define actionable metrics, develop and maintain dashboards, conduct deep-dive analyses, identify opportunities for product growth, and present findings to cross-functional partners. This is a remote position based in Argentina or Uruguay, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in an analytics role at a public or high-growth startup. You will leverage advanced SQL skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and experience with experiment design and test analysis. Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an analytics role at a public or high-growth start-up
  • Results-oriented individual with ability to identify dependencies, and leverage multiple sources of information at once
  • Advanced skills in SQL with the ability to write complex and optimized queries
  • Proficiency in Tableau or other data visualization tools
  • Experience with Experiment design and Test analysis
  • Ability to prioritize and respond to analytics requests in a fast-paced environment
  • Intellectually curious and excited to learn

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to define clear, actionable metrics that measure product success and adoption
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track performance trends of tech products (e.g., up-selling platform, pre-arrival verification flow) and ensure stakeholders have timely, reliable insights
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to diagnose changes in performance, uncover drivers, and answer high-priority business questions
  • Identify new opportunities for product growth or optimization by analyzing user behavior, conversion funnels, and engagement patterns
  • Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional partners, influencing product roadmaps and KPI improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Python and/or R is a big plus
  • Previous experience in Travel/Hospitality analytics is preferred but not required
