Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis
  • Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and evaluate data
  • Knowledge of programming languages like SQL and Python
  • Technical proficiency regarding database design development, data models, techniques for data mining, and segmentation
  • Experience in handling reporting software like Tableau, programming (Python or ETL frameworks), databases
  • Knowledge of how to create and apply the most accurate algorithms to datasets in order to find solutions
  • Adept at queries, writing reports, and making presentations

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, cleanse, and prepare data
  • Support business and biztech teams with reports and dashboards
  • Provide solutioning for data issues
  • Communicate regularly on program/project plans, progress, blockers, and risks to cross-functional stakeholders, sponsors, and vendors
  • Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with cloud technologies, Databricks, AWS, Databricks reporting and dashboards
