Summary

The job involves a remote Data Analyst 4 position with a duration of 12+ months. The employee will be responsible for designing and building monthly reports, analyzing data, providing assessments and recommendations, identifying impacts or changes needed to policies and procedures, creating end-user training content, and conducting necessary research. They should have required skills in leadership, oral and written communication, 5 years of experience in design and build, data analysis, policy interpretation, and change management.

• 5 Years of experience in designing and building required monthly reports
• 5 Years of experience in analyzing data and providing assessments and recommendations to team members
• 5 Years of experience in identifying impacts or changes needed to policies and procedures (e.g. Business Rules, Job Aids, Procedures)
• 5 Years of experience in creating end-user training content in support of the OCM for the changes needed to improve compliance
• 5 Years of experience in a strong understanding and implementing of change management
• 5 Years of experience in data analysis and reporting
• Ability to read and interpret policy and law, including: Virginia Procurement law and policy (VPPA and APSPM)

Responsibilities

• Design and build required monthly reports
• Analyze data and provide assessments and recommendations to team members
• Identify impacts or changes needed to policies and procedures (e.g. Business Rules, Job Aids, Procedures)
• Create end-user training content in support of the OCM for the changes needed to improve compliance
• Conduct necessary research, including: state laws, policies, comparisons to other Higher Eds in VA, other VA agencies, and other states as needed
