Data Analyst 4

Summary

Join our team as a Data Analyst 4 in a remote position located in Daleville, VA for a 12+ month contract. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and data analysis skills. You will be responsible for designing and building monthly reports, analyzing data, providing recommendations, and supporting change management initiatives. The position demands experience in data analysis and reporting, along with a strong understanding of change management principles. You will also conduct research and create end-user training content. This is a remote position.

Requirements

• Design and build required monthly reports; 5 years experience
• Produce monthly reports on defined schedules and submit communication; 5 years experience
• Analyze data and provide assessments and recommendations to team members; 5 years experience
• Identify impacts or changes needed to policies and procedures (e.g., Business Rules, Job Aids, Procedures); 5 years experience
• Create end-user training content in support of the OCM for the changes needed to improve compliance; 5 years experience
• Strong understanding and implementing of change management; 5 years experience
• Data analysis and reporting; 5 years experience

Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

Ability to read and interpret policy and law, including: Virginia Procurement law and policy (VPPA and APSPM); 5 years experience
