Data Analyst

Summary

Join our team as a Data Analyst and play a key role in enhancing our CRM activities, focusing on financial aspects like channel costs and subscriber acquisition. You will use data insights to improve customer interactions, develop targeted email marketing, and ensure effective CRM tool utilization. This involves identifying trends, creating reports, monitoring KPIs, assisting with A/B testing, and improving analytical infrastructure. We are looking for a critical thinker with strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools, and experience with subscription-based products is a plus. Requirements

• A critical thinker mindset with the ability to structure and test numerous hypotheses quickly and efficiently, to validate the raw data comparing different sources
• A rapid learner mindset, capable of diving into new ideas, areas and data sources quickly
• Ownership mentality, demonstrating a proactive approach to achieving team business goals and OKRs
• Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels
• Technical skills: proficiency in SQL, Python, BI (Looker/Superset or similar platforms), mathematical statistics

Responsibilities

• Identify trends, patterns, and insights that help to shape business decisions
• Create and share reports on customer behavior, revenue performance, and the success of our campaigns
• Monitor and track important team metrics and KPIs
• Help the team in conducting AB tests
• Improve analytical infrastructure by contributing to data marts and self-service instruments
• Work closely with our development team and other departments to ensure seamless CRM system integrations and updates
• Troubleshoot and resolve any data-related issues our team might encounter
