Data Analyst

Join Tailor, a company revolutionizing enterprise systems with its Headless ERP platform, Tailor Platform. We're seeking a data analyst to leverage BI tools and data warehousing to solve client business challenges. You will design, build, and operate BI dashboards and data warehouses, analyze data, and create reports. This role requires experience with data analysis, BI tools, SQL, and database design. Requirements

• ���ータ分析やBIツールの活用経験
• SQLを用いたデータ抽出・加工の実務経験
• ���ータベースやDWHの設計・構築経験
• ���ジネス課題を理解し、データ分析を通じて解決策を提案できる能力

Responsibilities

• ���ジネス課題のヒアリングとデータ分析による解決策の提案
• BIツールを活用したダッシュボードの設計・開発・運用
• DWHの設計・構築・運用
• ���ータの抽出、加工、分析業務
• ���ータ分析結果のレポート作成と関係者への報告
• ���ータ品質の維持・向上のための施策立案と実行

Preferred Qualifications

• PythonやRを用いたデータ分析の経験
• ���ラウド環境（AWS、GCP、Azureなど）でのデータ基盤構築経験
• ���械学習や統計解析の知識・経験
• ETLツールの使用経験
• ���新のデータ分析手法やツールに関する知識
