Summary

Join our team as a Data Analyst to assist in designing and developing data and analytics solutions, reports, and dashboards for internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in data manipulation using T-SQL, PL/SQL, and other data visualization tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 3 + years’ experience in developing visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards using Power BI desktop
• Experience in data manipulation using T-SQL, PL/SQL, and other software
• Strong analytical skills and experience in translating data into informative reports and visuals
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and industry best practices in information/data management techniques and platforms
• Experience in using Python or other relevant software languages

Responsibilities

• Lead data analysis efforts based on the requirements of the associated project and/or program
• Identify and document data gaps required to meet the defined analytical needs
• Develop and maintain a suite of reports/dashboards using data from the application datasets
• Publish periodic reports to highlight key production indicators as defined by the client and project manager
• Provide one-on-one and group training on effective use of BI reports and dashboards
