Summary
Join SentinelOne's internship program and collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Operations team to design, deliver, and automate recruiting metrics and dashboards. Analyze recruiting data, identify trends, and support the maintenance of TA data pipelines and reporting tools. Partner with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights. Assist with data requests and work on special projects supporting TA analytics maturity and process improvement. The 9-week internship (June 23-August 22, 2025) offers a $25/hr rate and opportunities for professional development, mentorship, and networking. The role requires a strong analytical mindset and experience with data analysis and spreadsheet tools. Successful candidates will possess strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelorβs Degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, graduating in Fall 2025 or Spring 2026
- 1+ years of work or internship experience in People Analytics, Recruiting Analytics, or a Business Intelligence environment
- Strong analytical mindset and experience working with datasets to draw actionable insights
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to convey data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Able to manage multiple high-priority tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations team to support the design, delivery, and automation of recruiting metrics and dashboards
- Analyze recruiting data and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across different regions, functions, and roles
- Support the maintenance of TA data pipelines and reporting tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Looker Studio, BigQuery)
- Partner with TA stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights
- Assist with recurring and ad hoc data requests for recruiting leadership and business partners
- Work on special projects that support TA analytics maturity and process improvement initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with spreadsheet tools (Google Sheets or Excel); familiarity with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau) is a plus
- Interest in Talent Acquisition or HR technology is a plus
