Requirements

• Possess a High School Diploma or GED
• Have 2 – 3 years of professional experience in a reporting or data analysis role
• Demonstrate proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and other relevant tools
• Possess strong mathematical, analytical, and statistical aptitude; enjoy problem solving
• Be able to prioritize and complete multiple assignments in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision
• Have effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to various stakeholders
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and courteous demeanor to work well with teammates and business partners
• Demonstrate a high degree of integrity and ability to exercise sound judgement

Responsibilities

• Generate and deliver accurate and timely client-facing contractual reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Produce internal business reports to assist Operations in decision-making and performance tracking
• Utilize SQL, Power BI, and company source systems to extract, analyze, and visualize data
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to gather requirements and ensure reporting needs are met
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the reporting function
• Maintain documentation of reporting processes and procedures
