Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Responsibilities

• Input, update, and verify data in specified systems, databases, or spreadsheets
• Perform quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data
• Organize and maintain files and records for easy retrieval and reference
• Handle confidential information with discretion and in compliance with company policies
• Meet daily/weekly data entry quotas and project deadlines
• Communicate effectively with team members to resolve data discrepancies or inconsistencies
• Follow instructions and workflows provided by supervisors or project managers

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy (e.g., 50+ WPM)
• Familiarity with data entry software or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, ZoomInfo)
• Experience working in a remote or freelance environment
• Familiarity with data security best practices
• Availability for flexible hours based on project needs
