Data Governance and Quality Analyst

You will implement and integrate systems, maintain security strategies, perform quality checks, report findings, and improve processes. SAVii offers flexible benefits and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, information management, or similar is preferred
• Proficiency in programming languages, including Structured Query Language (SQL) and/ or Python
• In-depth knowledge of statistical methods and tests
• Advanced problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Implement & Integrate. The team monitors and analyzes the capabilities and performance of the systems. They compare, evaluate, and implement new technologies, and integrate systems into the computing environment. For the convenience of users, it is the team’s responsibility to document systems infrastructure
• Security & Strategies. They should assist with cloud server configurations, patches, and troubleshooting as needed. They also help to maintain system security strategies, policies, and procedures
• Quality & Reliability. They perform statistical tests on large datasets to determine data quality and integrity. They evaluate system performance and design, as well as its effect on data quality. They collaborate with database developers to improve data collection and storage processes
• Report & Document. They report data analysis findings to management to inform business decisions and prioritize information system needs. They document processes and maintain data policies
• Improve & Iterate. They adhere to best practices in data governance and quality and keep abreast of developments and trends
• Any other projects assigned by the Head of Data Management and Engineering
