Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Proficiency in spoken and written Italian and English
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role (data integration, implementation, technical support) within SaaS, CRM or HR technology, or sales engagement solutions
- Strong skill in data manipulation using ETL and SQL
- Basic programming skills (e.g Python)
- Experience with API integrations and understanding of web technologies (e.g., JSON)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple clients simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Lead the SaaS technical onboarding for new clients, including data requirements discovery and platform configuration
- Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders regarding troubleshooting of platform, integration, and configuration issues
- Assist client's operations with using the DSCOVR API for CRM and HR integrations and optimizing datasets for information exchange
- Build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor to ensure long-term success
- Monitor client satisfaction and collaborate on strategies to enhance platform performance and adoption
- Provide internal teams with valuable feedback on client experiences and improvement opportunities
