Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a government suitability clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as data science, computer science, or information management)
  • 10+ years of experience in a data-related role, such as data analyst, data scientist, or data engineer
  • Experience designing and delivering data literacy training programs
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques
  • Experience with data modeling and database design is a plus
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data literacy training programs for employees at all levels of the organization
  • Design and implementation of enterprise-wide, multi-phased training program
  • Experience delivering a comprehensive global program encompassing needs assessments, audience analysis, training requirements identification, training plans, training design and course development, training delivery, client review process and procedures, scheduling, and comprehensive reporting and tracking systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish practices, standards, and policies
  • Assess the organization's data literacy needs and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT professionals, and data analysts
  • Develop and maintain a library of resources to support data literacy, including training materials, best practices, and case studies
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data literacy initiatives, making recommendations for improvements as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data literacy and share knowledge and insights with the broader organization
