Summary

Join Ting Internet, a leading fiber internet provider, as a performance marketer managing a key part of our paid media portfolio. You will build, launch, and optimize campaigns driving growth across local markets, working full-funnel from shaping offers to tracking real outcomes. This role is crucial to our high-growth phase, scaling efficiently and turning local awareness into lasting customer relationships. You will also help design city-specific marketing campaigns that feel local while scaling what works. This is a remote position for applicants based in Canada or the USA. The role involves collaborating with various teams and utilizing various marketing platforms and tools to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Channel ownership mindset with a strong grasp of performance marketing strategy
  • Hands-on experience with ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, etc.)
  • Strong data literacy—you can interpret trends, define hypotheses, and act on insights
  • Working knowledge of ad tracking, attribution models, and platform analytics
  • Fluency in A/B testing and optimization frameworks
  • Clear communicator who can brief designers, collaborate with content teams, and share findings across stakeholders
  • Comfort in ambiguity—can move fast with incomplete inputs and evolve with feedback
  • Enthusiasm for modular, city-specific marketing and localized media strategy
  • Curiosity for media innovation—new tools, formats, and tactics excite you
  • High attention to detail with a bias for action and continuous improvement
  • 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally B2C or local/regional
  • Proven success managing and optimizing campaigns within ad platforms
  • Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, and Google Tag Manager
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization and landing page testing tools like VWO
  • Ability to QA tracking and manage performance reporting
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative, content, and lifecycle teams

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns within platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit and others—supporting broader marketing campaigns and business objectives
  • Align campaigns to specific business goals: qualified address checks, fiber orders, CAC efficiency
  • Optimize performance through structured A/B testing—audiences, creative, offers, and placements
  • Translate loose or incomplete briefs into high-performing campaigns, grounded in insight
  • Collaborate with strategists, designers and copywriters to develop and evolve campaign creative to meet objectives
  • Partner with lifecycle, GTM, and content teams to build seamless, full-funnel experiences
  • Support landing page testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) using tools like VWO
  • QA and manage campaign tagging: UTMs, pixels, and conversion events
  • Contribute to reporting and attribution using Looker, GA4, and Google Tag Manager
  • Explore and evaluate new media channels and tactics for growth, efficiency, or learning

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with local or address-level targeting in a national brand context
  • Familiarity with telecom, utilities, or subscription-based business models

Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $70,000 USD for US residents OR $60,000 - $65,000 CAD for Canadian residents
