Summary

The job is for a permanent position in EcoVadis' Evaluation Services department in Ebene, Mauritius. The role involves conducting company classification research, handling customer escalations, working with stakeholders, assisting on projects to improve processes, and ensuring team adherence to defined processes and best practices.

Requirements

• HSC holder
• Must be fluent in English and French. Proficiency in additional languages would be appreciated

Responsibilities

• Conduct appropriate research to properly classify companies
• Respond autonomously to escalations from internal and external customers
• Work with internal & external stakeholders to facilitate communication & information exchange via emails or calls/meetings
• Assistance on projects to improve existing processes
• Ensure team’s adherence to defined processes and best practices
• Contribute and participate in the Data Management Operations Management Review

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in excel would be an advantage
