Summary

The job is for a Data Management Associate - Document Annotation at EcoVadis in Mauritius. The role involves annotating and labeling data to improve the accuracy of AI/ML models. Flexible hours are required, and the employee will contribute to workflow process improvements and ensure team adherence to defined processes.

Requirements

• HSC holder
• Computer literate
• Fluent in English. Proficiency in additional languages would be appreciated
• Able to work flexible hours to assist the team, whilst maintaining work life balance

Responsibilities

• Browse through different types of documents and annotate data
• Work with internal stakeholders to facilitate communication & information exchange via emails or calls/meetings
• Report and document issues faced from data annotation to Solutions team and discuss solutions to improve accuracy
• Contribute to workflow process improvements
• Ensure team’s adherence to defined processes and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

6 months experience in data research and data management related processes would be an advantage
