You will collaborate with researchers, coordinate internal and external resources, implement quality control, and scale in-house operations. Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of new data labelling projects
• Work directly with Research to translate new ideas into clear labelling guidelines and dataset structures
• Coordinate internal and external data labelling resources to deliver projects on time
• Implement QC and review processes to ensure our datasets are high-quality
• Scale our in-house data labelling workforce and operations
• Use analytics tooling and your problem-solving skills to constantly improve how we operate

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience running large-scale data labelling projects for a FAANG/similar company, AI research lab, or data labelling platform
• Python skills
