Requirements
- 3+ years in CRM, client engagement, retention marketing, or promotional campaign management
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, AMPscript preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for using data to drive decisions
- A proactive mindset and ability to act quickly on insights
- A client-first attitude and a drive to deliver meaningful outcomes
Responsibilities
- Monitor and improve conversion from Qualified Lead (QL) to First Trade
- Re-engage lapsed clients and grow active user segments
- Execute personalized lifecycle messaging using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Identify drop-off points and trigger timely, targeted outreach
- Collaborate with strategists and operations teams to design and deliver campaigns
- Own and optimize small-scale lifecycle campaigns end-to-end
- Report on funnel performance and campaign impact with actionable insights
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with UX design and research is a plus
