Data Operations Student Assistant

Summary

Join Templafy as a part-time Data Operations Assistant to support our data engineering & analytics team. Assist in delivering analyses to the commercial organization, build reports in PowerBI, and document the underlying data structure for future reference.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably related to Data Science, Business Analytics, or similar
• High level of abstract reasoning
• Good understanding of data analytics
• Thorough and structured working style
• English language fluency

Responsibilities

• Assist the data team in ad-hoc analytics requests, preparing reports, and generating insights to support business decisions
• Build and manage reports and dashboards in PowerBI, ensuring data is accurately represented and visually appealing. Collaborate with team members to refine visualizations and add features that enhance data storytelling, and maintain existing reports by updating data sources and incorporating user feedback
• Assist in managing larger data projects by assisting with project planning, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met
• Assist in documentation tasks for the team. This includes documenting processes, data management practices, and other relevant information
