• Hold a minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
• Have 1+ years in roles with similar responsibilities
• Be acquainted with process improvement methodologies
• Possess knowledge of AI Machine Learning data-related projects (including speech, text and computer vision data collection, data curation and annotation projects)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the DataForce Services team to identify process gaps and address them by creating and/or improving existing procedures
• Support their colleagues with day-to-day tasks within DataForce Services team
• Liaise with stakeholders to identify process related needs/gaps and root causes of quality issues
• Support team in the development and documentation of quality plans, processes and improvement initiatives
• Collect and analyze data through system and interviews
• Measure the adherence to set quality standards providing reports and recommendations to management
• Process and investigate inquiries regarding process documentation
• Provide support for team members seeking consultation and DataForce services-specific support
• Collect feedback and findings from stakeholders and share it with the DataForce Services team to ensure continuous process improvement
• Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience working with crowd workers/community
• Have experience working in a multinational/multicultural virtual working environment
• Have experience in working in a cross-functional/matrix organization
• Be fluent in a language other than English
