Summary
Join Miovision as a Data Services Data Quality Assurance (DQA) Leader and play a critical role in overseeing daily production processes to ensure quality and turnaround targets are met. This leadership position requires resolving production issues, managing resources, driving process improvements, and overseeing a sub-team. You will monitor key projects, communicate risks and successes to leadership, and ensure adherence to established processes. The role also involves process improvement initiatives, team leadership, and customer support liaison responsibilities. This position demands strong prioritization, resource management, leadership, and communication skills.
Requirements

- Proficiency in teaching and training on products and processes

- High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is an asset)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Senior Data Quality Assurance Administrator
- Proven experience leading teams in a production environment
Responsibilities
- Prioritize tasks across shifts to meet production and quality standards
- Address escalations, including customer quality issues and advanced support concerns
- Collaborate with support teams to resolve customer inquiries
- Monitor dashboards and escalate issues as needed
- Create high-priority tickets and manage server-related tasks
- Allocate resources for maximum efficiency
- Ensure adherence to established processes for timely and quality-driven study processing
- Conduct daily stand-ups to communicate objectives and delegate tasks
- Monitor and adjust staffing levels to meet production demands
- Support team members with task completion and problem-solving
- Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding process updates and risks
- Evaluate and implement process and training enhancements
- Assist in developing and rolling out new workflows or procedures
- Lead improvement initiatives in collaboration with engineering and other teams
- Oversee new feature rollouts and ensure consistent project delivery
- Own and lead sub-teams, including meeting facilitation, goal setting, and metric tracking
- Provide mentorship and individual feedback to team members
- Drive cost-saving and quality improvement initiatives
- Assist with resolving customer quality issues and updating internal support cases
- Communicate directly with customers to address concerns and recommend solutions
